Parliamentary affairs minister Sushma Swaraj told the gathered journalists that the Bill was likely to come up in the next cabinet meeting.
Though the Bill, cleared by the group of ministers headed by deputy prime minister L K Advani was discussed, it was felt that there was need to fine tune it before introducing it in the Parliament, Swaraj said.
