Slamming Maharashtra's Congress- NCP Government for not announcing Minimum Support Price (MSP) for cotton, Shiv Sena on Thursday said the reason given for the delay was a mere "eye-wash" and it will not tolerate this anymore. "The Government is not serious about cotton growers. To say that model code of conduct (official reason for delay) is in place is a mere eye-wash. Shiv Sena will not tolerate this  anymore," the party executive president, Uddhav Thackeray, was quoted as saying in a release issued here.
