Railway Budget 2006-07, which will be presented in the Parliament tomorrow, will keep the interests of all sections in mind, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad said today."There is something for every section," he told reporters at the customary photo session on the eve of the Rail Budget.His two deputy ministers - R Velu and Naranjibhai Rathwa, chairman of Railway Board J P Batra and other members of the board were also present at the Rail Bhawan meeting today.The railway minister, however, skirted a number of budget-related questions including whether he would be announcing reliefs to meet the anticipated short-fall from passengers preferring low-cost flights.
