More known as an India friend within the World Bank, Chief Economist and Senior Vice President(Development Economics) Nicholas Stern gave way to French national Francois Bourguignon on September 19.
Here in Dubai to attend the World Bank-International Monetary Fund annual meetings, Stern shared his optimism about the economic growth prospects in India with P Vaidyanathan Iyer.
