BJP today said the November 26 Mumbai terror attacks was an "open war" on India and this should be dealt with in the same spirit.
"The 26/11 incident in Mumbai was not just another terrorist incident. It was nothing less than an open war on India and this should be dealt with in the same spirit," BJP President Rajnath Singh told a press conference here.
"However, despite clinching evidence about Pakistan's role in this attack, nothing concrete has emerged over the last two months. All that we witness is a cacophony of confusing and often conflicting statements emanating from various responsible quarters of the UPA Government," he said.
"The time for war of words is over. The time is now for action," Singh said.
