Speaking to Business Standard, director P Viswanth said, "A significant number of students appear for tests like GRE and SAT and TIME was eyeing the Singapore market for the large Indian diaspora." The institute is working out the modalities and the office would be up in a year's time. "We will do an assessment of the competition, methodologies adopted and business models in Singapore shortly," he said.

TIME also plans to enter Dubai to cater to the engineering entrance test coaching market. With a sizable Indian population following the Indian curriculum, it sees a good scope in the Dubai market. However, it is going slow on the proposal as the laws there require a local tie-up.

Meanwhile, it is also working on offering e-learning modules to its students. "We are in talks with two companies for the e-content," Viswanth said, adding the project would cost about Rs 5 crore. While one module would offer tests and assessments services, the other would supplement the textbooks with voice and video lessons. It would invest about Rs 30 crore in three year for expansion activities.

Among others, it would set up two schools (CBSE model) around Hyderabad. It plans to offer coaching for engineering and medical entrance tests in about two years. TIME is offering coaching for other common entrance tests at its centres spread across Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh among others.

Recently it launched Trishna Kids, play schools at Sainikpuri, Kukatpally and Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. Trishna would admit kids in the age of over one-and-a-half years and offer up to pre-primary II level.
