The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Club of the CII is organising the 3rd National Conference on TPM here on February 17-18. This year, the conference has acquired an international flavour with two key presentations from TPM award winning companies of Indian origin from Thailand.
The meet would bring together TPM practitioners from many leading companies to showcase their success stories on how they have achieved benefits in productivity improvements, quality improvements, cost reduction, improvements in delivery, increased safety and morale for becoming competitive.
Key speakers at the inaugural function are Suresh Krishna, the chairman of TPM Club India and CMD Sundram Fasteners, P M Bajaj, the president of Thai Rayon Public Co Ltd, and D K Koshy, the president of Thai Sulphites and Chemical Co Ltd.
The meet provides an opportunity for Indian manufacturers to recognise and learn from some of the best improvments made in the operations of 31 companies in India.
