While the Dow Jones industrial average ended 11 points lower at 13,566, the tech-laced Nasdaq gained 11 points at 2657.Indian ADRs, too, fnished on a mixed note. MTNL rallied over 2% to $8.09. ICICI Bank advanced 1.7% to $51.28, and Tata Motors added 1.5% to $17.25. Patni Computers plunged 2.7% to $24.56. Infosys shed 1.8% at $50.19. Wipro and VSNL were down 1.5% each to $15.30 and $24.04, respectively.
