The Wall Street ended flat ahead of the Fed meet tonight. The Fed is expected to keep intrest rates unchanged. The Dow Jones industrial average ended a tad lower at 13,309 - down four points. The Nasdaq was up a point at 2572.Indian ADRs ended on a weak note. MTNL dropped 2.5% to $7.17. Infosys, Satyam, Patni Computers and VSNL slipped over 1% each to $51.29, $24.20, $25.18 and $21.52, respectively.
