Tata Motors rallied 2.6% to $19.84, and Wipro gained 1.7% at $13.71. VSNL tumled 4% to $18.72, and Dr.Reddy's slipped 1.6% to $15.30. Patni Computers and ICICI Bank dropped 1% each to $19.40 and $31.14, respectively.
