The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 38 points to 13,650. The Nasdaq added three points to 2670.Indian ADRs ended with sizzling gains. Satyam soared 4% to $27.30, and Infosys surged over 3% to $54.25. Wipro, HDFC Bank, MTNL and Dr.Reddy's were up 1-2% each.
