The Dow Jones industrial average slipped nine points to 12,502. The Nasdaq was down six points at 2425.Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank rallied nearly 3% each to $42.45 and $76.05, respectively. Patni Computers advanced nearly 2% to $20.34, and Dr.Reddy's spurted over 1% to $18.21. Tata Motors, however, dropped nearly 2% to $20.45.
