The Dow Jones industrial average ended almost flat at 12,491, up four points. The Nasdaq moved up six points to 2441.Indian ADRs ended in negative zones. Dr.Reddy's slipped over 2% to $16.93. Satyam, Wipro, ICICI Bank, VSNL and Tata Motors shed nearly 2% each to $23.05, $17.04, $43.64, $21.54 and $20.51, respectively.
