The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 23 points to 12,132. The Nasdaq rallied 17 points to 2406.Indian ADRs too ended with smart gains. Infosys and Satyam surged over 3% each to $55.17 and $22.61, respectively. Wipro gained nearly 2% at $14.56. Patni Computers, ICICI Bank and Tata Motors were up 1% each at $20.50, $38.42 and $18.82, respectively. VSNL slipped over 2% to $20, while MTNL declined over 1% to $6.03.
