The Wall Street ended on a mixed note, while the Dow Jones industrial average moved up 37 points to 13,384, the Nasdaq slipped 21 points to 2525.Indian ADRs, barring ICICI Bank which surged 1.8% to $44.53, ended on a rather flat note.
