The Dow Jones industrial average gained 68 points at 11,576. The Nasdaq rallied 30 points to 2249.Indian ADRs also posted smart gains. Infosys, Satyam and Tata Motors advanced over 2% each to $47.08, $39.31 and $18.51, respectively. Wipro and ICICI Bank added 1.5% each to $12.80 and $28.78, respectively. The crude oil futures for November delivery rose 90 cents to settle at $61.45 per barrel on the NYMEX.
