The Dow Jones industrial average rallied 73 points to 12,515. The Nasdaq surged 26 points to 2485.Indian ADRs ended with sizzling gains. While Satyam and MTNL zoomed 5.3% each to $24.26 and $7.16, respectivey, Wipro and ICICI Bank soared almost 5% each to $16.53 and $42.92, respectively. Infosys and Tata Motors rallied nearly 4% each to $56.22 and $21.10, respectively.
