The Dow Jones industrial average rallied 103 points to 12,511. The Nasdaq was up 18 points at 2431.Indian ADRs ended on a firm note. Tata Motors surged nearly 5% to $20.83. Satyam, HDFC Bank and MTNL soared over 3% each to $24.09, $73.89 and $6.49, respectively. ICICI Bank advanced 2.5% to $41.32. Wipro gained 2% at $16.12.
