The Wall Street rallied smartly on Wednesday on hopes of more M&A activities in the coming days. The Dow Jones industrial average surged 104 points to 13,488. The Nasdaq advanced 22 points to 2547.Indian ADRs logged smart gains with the banks leading the way. ICICI Bank zoomed 7% to $47.66, and HDFC Bank soared nearly 5% to $76.20. Wipro, Patni Computers, MTNL, VSNL, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's gained 1-4% each at $16.58, $24.90, $7.59, $22.06, $18.18 and $16.21, respectively.
