The Dow Jones industrial average was down 21 points at 11,219. The Nasdaq slipped 13 points to 2073.The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Patni Computers advanced 1.7% at $15.45. HDFC Bank, Dr.Reddy's and Tata Motors were the other gainers.On the other hand, Satyam dropped nearly 3% to $34.13. MTNL declined 2% to $5.95. Infosys, Wipro and ICICI Bank were down over 1% each to $40.96, $12.32 and $26.26, respectively. The crude oil futures for September delivery surged $2.22 to settle at $76.98 per barrel on the NYMEX.
