The Nasdaq moved up 11 points to 2345. The Dow Jones added 28 points to 11,383.The Indian ADRs tumbled yesterday on Wall Street. HDFC Bank slumped nearly 7% to $55.26. Patni Computers, ICICI Bank and MTNL plunged over 6% each to $16.14, $25.70 and $8.82, respectively. Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, Dr.Reddy's and VSNL were down 2-5% each.
