The president of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC), Ranjit Deshmukh, on Monday took on politicians of western Maharashtra alleging that some of them were clearly responsible for the developmental backlog of Vidarbha and Marathwada.
Deshmukh was speaking at a seminar titled
