Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala recently released the second and final allotment list for admission to integrated three-year LLB courses at cee.kerala.gov.in.

The centralized allotment is based on the online options registered by candidates for admission in four government and five private self-financing law colleges. The activities for the academic year 2017-18 will commence on September 22, 2017.

Candidates who have valid options and are willing to participate in this phase of allotment must compulsorily confirm their online options, by clicking the Confirm button available on the home page. After online option confirmation, the candidates can delete the unwanted higher options and can re-arrange the existing higher options.

The schedule for the allotment is given below:

Plan of action
The facility for option confirmation/ deletion/ re-arrangement will be available in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from September 22, 2017 to September 23, 2017 by 5:00 PM. Those who do not confirm their higher options online within the stipulated time will not be considered for this phase of allotment. The requests for option confirmation/re- arrangement/deletion of options received via post/ fax/ e-mail will not be considered.

According to the notification, the annual tuition fee, other fees and the deposits, if applicable, should be remitted in the allotted colleges at the time of admission. The relevant government order detailing the annual tuition fee, other fees and the deposits is available in the website for reference.
Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per clause 6 of the prospectus at the time of admission.
Documents to be produced at the time of admission
  1. Candidate’s data sheet
  2. Allotment memo issued by the CEE
  3. SSLC or any relevant school records/ birth certificate/ passport/ other valid document to prove date of birth in original
  4. Original mark list and pass certificate of the qualifying examination
  5. Transfer certificate and conduct certificate from the institution where the candidate studied last
  6. Two copies of recent passport size photograph
  7. The applicant who is employed or trainee in government/ quasi government/ banks etc. shall, at the time of interview, produce a relieving order and a certificate of good conduct from the head of the institution where the candidate was employed
  8. Candidate who passed their qualifying examination from universities/ boards outside the state shall produce an eligibility certificate from the concerned university in Kerala, to the effect that the qualifying examination has been recognized by the university
  9. Student who qualifies from other universities should produce migration certificate at the time of admission.
  10. Originals of all the uploaded documents/ certificates (to prove nativity / reservation/ fee concession)
  11. Any other certificates/documents required to be furnished as per the prospectus/notifications/allotment memo
Candidates who do not take admission on the specified dates will lose their existing allotment. Those who receive allotment to their higher options in the final phase of allotment, should get the transfer certificate (TC), relevant documents and amount remitted as tuition fee and refundable deposit at the time of admission from their present colleges and join the newly allotted colleges on the above specified dates, failing which they will lose their current admission also.
