BJP gears up to celebrate its victory in Lok Sabha elections

Confident of a win with a clear majority, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday geared up to celebrate its victory in 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

Brimming with confidence of a stupendous win, just hours away from the poll results, the Gujarat BJP unit has already started preparing for the post-win celebrations and interactions.

BJP leaders in Gandhinagar conducted a meeting to brief party workers of how to handle the media after the poll results tomorrow.

"A meeting has been called today to brief the team of media and members of Gujarat Bharatiya Janata Party about how to deal with media channels tomorrow and what information has to be conveyed to the media. Tomorrow on May 16 we are going to organise a victory celebrations in every district," BJP leader, I.K. Jadeja, said.

Meanwhile, BJP members in Rajkot also geared up for the extravagant jubilations

They plan to light up the city and burst crackers as soon as the results are declared, apart from setting up a large screen where results will be telecasted.

"Our dream is about to come true, we feel. Tomorrow there will be an environment of celebrations in the entire country and Gujarat. The workers have gathered to prepare for the celebrations. Tomorrow a big screen will be put up and the results will be telecasted. We will burst crackers like during Diwali in the entire area," said BJP leader, Govind Patel.
