After a debacle in Gujarat, state Congress party president Arjun Modhwadia blamed the allies of UPA government at the Centre for party's dismal performance in Lok Sabha polls.
Speaking about the party's performance in Gujarat, Modhwadia said ,"In the UPA II we were not able to control the allies. Also there was lack of communication with the parties."
Modhwadia also accepted that issues of corruption had hit the UPA hard and primary reason for its worst performance ever in Lok Sabah polls.
