Shivraj Singh Chouhan claims helicopter conspiracy

BJP vice president Shivraj Singh Chouhan says the collector of Chhindwara, the home district of Madhya Pradesh's Congress Chief Minister Kamal Nath, refused to landing permission for a helicopter carrying him. Chouhan, a former chief minister, filed a complaint in the Election Commission's office in Bhopal. "My programme became chaotic due to the conspiracy of the district election officer (the collector). What are they afraid of?" said Chouhan, hinting at the Congress party.

Arvind Kejriwal releases AAP's poll manifesto

Lok Sabha Elections 2019: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is taking out a rally in his constituency Varanasi and will his nomination papers on Friday. 

The Congress fielded Ajay Rai from Varanasi to take on Modi, ending speculation on party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra fighting polls from the temple town.

Priyanka Vadra is also in Uttar Pradesh. She held a roadshow in Jhansi for party candidate Shiv Saran Kushwaha.

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal released the Aam Aadmi Party's manifesto, which is based on the agenda of granting full statehood to the national capital.
