Andhra Bank has signed an agreement with British Insurer Legal and General and Bank of Baroda to form a life insurance venture.The bank will hold 30% stake in this tie up, while the UK firm and Bank of Baroda will hold 26% and 44% stake, respectively. The agreement was signed on November 16.
