It is on the look out for acquiring another Indian bank and has also firmed up plans of opening a few more branches in the country.
According to the chairman of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait in Dubai, Murad Ali Murad, the new branch will be opened in the near future, while BBK will add more branches to its network by acquiring a bank which is established in India.
The chairman was quoted in one of the Dubai-based newspaper as saying,
