Public sector financial institution Bank of Maharashtra's (BoM) net profit jumped 118.29 per cent to Rs 101.79 crore during the first quarter of the current financial year as against Rs 46.63 crore posted during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The bank revenues grew to Rs 1,282.96 crore during the April-June quarter, up 23.28 per cent against Rs 1,040.68 crore posted a year ago, the bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The total business of the bank stood at 85,964.24 crore while the gross NPA was recorded at 2.94 per cent, the statement said.
