Public sector lender Bank of Maharashtra today said it has raised Rs 300 crore through bond issue.
The bank has raised funds to the tune of Rs 300 crore by issuing Tier I and Tier II bonds, Bank of Maharashtra said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The issues were opened on September 29, and were fully subscribed and closed on the same day, the filing added.
Shares of Bank of Maharashtra today closed at Rs 45.50 on the BSE, up 0.55 per cent from previous close.
