Canara Bank today reported a 44.45% decline in net profit at Rs 186.90 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2005 as against Rs 336.44 crore in Q1FY05.According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 2,238.58 crore in Q1FY06 from Rs 2,185.70 crore in Q1FY05.
