Chennai-based HMA Starware has rolled out eDCI (Enterprisewide Delivery Channel Integration) solutions for banks in India. The new solution from the company helps banks in streamlining multiple delivery channels like ATMs, POS (points of sale), and kiosks and gives the banks a single view of customer profile information.
Speaking at a press conference to announce the launch of the new solution, Harish K Murthi, Chairman and Managing Director, HMA Starware said that the company was targetting a major market share in the retail delivery arena of banks.
