Two officials of the bank -- chairman Ghanshyam Amin, and chartered accountant and director C F Patel -- will visit Mumbai on Friday with a revival plan for the bank.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has ordered a labour court in Ahmedabad to ascertain whether stipulated rules and regulations were observed in removal of 98 employees of the bank over the past 14 months, since Section 35 of the Banking Regulations Act was clamped on the Co-operative Bank of Ahmedabad.
