Kerala-based Federal Bank has opened its first representative office in Abu Dhabi, which is expected to boost trade-related transactions between the Gulf nations and India.The office was inaugurated by Vayalar Ravi, minister for overseas Indian affairs along with Federal Bank chairman M Venugopalan. The ceremony was attended by Ali bin Abdullah Al Ka'abi UAE minister of labour, Talmiz Ahmed Indian ambassador to the UAE, and Mohammed Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi deputy governor Central Bank of UAE.
