Federal Bank today reported a 15-fold increase in net profit at Rs 54.16 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005 as against Rs 3.19 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2004.According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 393.07 crore in Q2FY06 from Rs 349.74 crore in Q2FY05.
