Private sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank today said one of its promoter -- Suresh A Kotak has pledged 50,000 shares representing his entire stake in the company.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Kotak Mahindra Bank said that Suresh A Kotak, who has a stake holding of 0.01 per cent in the bank, has pledged 50,000 shares on January 6 this year.
Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank today closed at Rs 273.10, up 2.75 per cent on the BSE.
