Private sector lender Lakshmi Vilas Bank today announced the implementation of financial-inclusion drive in Tamil Nadu through an extension of its banking services.

Under the programme, the bank will cover 53 villages across Tamil Nadu through its 42 branches and banking correspondents, the bank said in a release.

“The bank has planned to implement its services with an objective to ensure greater reach to the underprivileged sections of the society.
