Sentiment: Cautious Yields on government securities softened by around seven basis points as the selling pressure of the last three days tapered off. The benchmark 9.81 per cent 2013 gilt opened at Rs 126.20 (6.30 per cent) and was last dealt at Rs 126.72 (6.23 per cent). Yields on corporate bonds ended flat. The 2006 NTPC paper opened at a yield of 6.65 per cent, came off by five basis points and was last dealt at its morning levels. Call rates finished at 4.90-5.00 per cent as against Wednesday
