The consortium of Rabobank Nederlands, Ashok Kapur and Rana Kapoor has zeroed in on consultants for technology and human resources planning for the private bank that they plan to set up.
The promoters are moving at a fast pace towards a July-August launch to meet the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) deadline of early August.
Rabobank will have a 49 per cent stake in the new bank, while the Indian partners will own the remaining. The promoters have short-listed three names for the new bank.
