The spot rupee closed on a steady note at 43.51 per dollar.Sentiment was bearish in the government securities market today.The 10-year, 7.38% 2,015 bond closed at an yield of 7.24%.Call rates closed at 5% after touching a high of 5.25-5.30%. Reverse repo bids totalled Rs 3,700 crore.
