The spot rupee closed on a steady note at 43.5 per dollar today.Easing of oil prices perked up sentiment in the government securities market, and prices moved up 20-30 paise across-the-board today.The 10-year, 7.38% 2,015 bond closed at an yield of 7.06% as against the previous close of 7.08%.Call rates were steady at 5-5.05%, and reverse repo bids totalled Rs 38,000 crore.
