The spot rupee ended on a steady note at 43.7250 per dollar on fresh inflows.Sentiment was bullish in the government securities market today. Short and medium-term gilts gained around 10-20 paise. The 10-year, 7.38% 2,015 bond closed at an yield of 6.70%. While call rates were steady at 4.75%, reverse repo bids totalled Rs 23,000 crore.
