State Bank of India has re-reshuffled some deputy managing directors after the elevation of Rajnish Kumar as managing director. It also made a couple of promotions at the deputy managing director (DMD) level.
Anshula Kant, DMD with the national banking group, would become the chief financial officer of the country’s largest lender, SBI executives said.
P K Gupta, chief financial officer, would move to SBI Caps Ltd, the capital market subsidiary, as managing director. Rajnish Kumar was earlier the managing director of SBI Caps.
Arundhati Bhattacharya, now the chairman, was managing director and chief financial officer of the bank before heading the lender.
M G Vaidyan, DMD-retail strategy, is tipped to head the stressed asset management group (SAMG). He will take charge after P K Malhotra, heading the group now, retires in a few months, said senior bank executive.

Manju Agarwal, chief general manager (rural banking), would be made DMD of the national banking group. The national banking group, the largest business unit comprising retail, small and micro enterprises, is headed by Managing Director B Sriram.
C R Sasikumar, chief general managing in the Hyderabad circle, would be deputy managing director for the inspection and audit unit.
