UTI Bank, on a standalone basis, today reported a 39.6% increase in net profit at Rs 211.89 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2007 when compared with Rs 151.73 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.According to a release issued by UTI Bank to the BSE today, the bank's Q4FY07 total income increased 57.2% to Rs 1,667.87 crore from Rs 1,060.72 crore in Q4FY06.For the full-year ended March 31, 2007, UTI Bank's net profit increased 35.9% to Rs 659.03 crore from Rs 485.08 crore in FY06. Total income grew nearly 54% to Rs 5,570.51 crore from Rs 3,618.42 crore.
