ACC Appointment The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Dr. Gyanendra D. Bandgaiyan, Ex-Chief Economist, UNDP as Director General, National Centre for Good Governance under the Department of Personnel & Training for a period of three years which is extendable by another two years or upto 60 years of age, whichever is earlier.
