ACC Appointment The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Justice Permod Kohli, retired Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court as Chairman in the Central Administrative Tribunal for a period of 05 years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till attaining the age of 68 years, whichever is earlier.
