(ii) Shri Y.C. Modi, IPS(AM:84) as Additional Director in the CBI. (iii) Shri Mohanish Verma, IRS(IT:87), as Protector General of Emigrants (JS Level), Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri R. Buhril, IAS(TN:84). (iv) Shri Rajan Shukla, IAS (UP:88) as Joint Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders whichever is earlier, vice Shri Manoj Kumar Parida, IAS(UT:86).
