ACC Appointments The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following: 1. Assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development to Shri S M Vijayanand, IAS (KL:1981), Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj vice Shri Jugal Kishore Mohapatra, IAS (OR:1979) consequent on his superannuation on 29.02.2016, for a period of three months or till appointment of a regular incumbent to that post or till further orders, whichever is the earliest. 2. Assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs to Shri Anoop Kumar Srivastava, IAS (AM:1981), Secretary (Border Management), Ministry of Home Affairs vice Shri Girish Shankar, IAS (BH:1982) who has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, for a period of three months or till appointment of a regular incumbent to that post or till further orders, whichever is the earliest.
