Assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation to Shri Vijay Shankar Madan, IAS (UT:1981), Secretary, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development for the period from 14.5.2016 to 22.5.2016 during the absence on leave of Shri Parameswaran Iyer, IAS (Voluntary Retired) (UP:1981). 2. Assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises to Shri Girish Shankar, IAS (BH:1982), Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises for the period from 9.5.2016 to 15.5.2016 during the absence on leave of Shri Ameising Luikham, IAS (AM:1981).
