Home Secretary levels talks held between India and Nepal The India-Nepal Home Secretary Level Talks were held on September 8-9, 2016 in New Delhi. The Nepalese delegation was led by Mr. Lok Darshan Regmi, Home Secretary, Government of Nepal and the Indian delegation was led by Shri Rajiv Mehrishi, Home Secretary, Government of India. Shri Susheel Kumar, Secretary (Border Management), MHA also attended this meeting. During the talks, both sides reviewed the entire gamut of the bilateral security cooperation between the two countries and agreed to strengthen it further. The Talks were held in a cordial atmosphere. It was agreed that the next Home Secretary Level Talks will be held in Nepal at a mutual convenient date.
